• 2010 MA Transpersonal Counseling Psychology Art Therapy
• Over 15 years working in direct service in mental health through various agencies and organizations. Private practice as a therapist since 2011.
• Over 15 years of mindfulness and meditation practices, retreats, workshops and classes.
• 15 years of diversity and social justice exploration and advocacy including classes, groups, workshops, volunteering, writing and donating.
